Site Maintenance Officer
Location: Isleworth
Salary: £18,000 pa + Company Vehicle
Hours of Work: 3 days per (8.30am – 5.00pm)

THE ROLE
You will responsible for the general maintenance at our sites. You will be required to visit all of our properties as and when required. If you can juggle tasks, and take pride in your work then we would love to hear from you.
MAIN DUTIES:
- General maintenance work to include –
- General Gardening and weeding
- Minor carpentry works to include, flat pack assembly, putting up of shelves etc. seeking advice on more complex issues.
- Minor plumbing works to include changing washers to sinks, basic plumbing works, clearing blockages in drainage systems as required, seeking advice on more complex issues.
- Moving of furniture and equipment during office refurbishments
THE PERSON:
- Must have full driving Licence
- Previous Experience in a similar role with a willingness to learn
- Self-driven, flexible and able to prioritise own workload
- Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and under supervision
- Proactive and hard-working
