Junior Warranty Administrator

Location – Isleworth
£28,000 basic salary 
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Warranty Support Administrator to join our Aftersales team.

This role is ideal for someone with some administrative experience within the motor trade, or a similar environment, who is looking to further develop their knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.

You will play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely submission of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.

Personal Skills

  • Previous administrative experience within the motor trade or a similar environment

  • Some exposure to warranty processes or Aftersales operations is desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Confident communication skills

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office and internal systems)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines

  • Ensure all claims are submitted with accurate documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence

  • Review repair orders and highlight any discrepancies or missing information

  • Liaise with technicians and Service Advisors to ensure correct diagnosis and documentation

  • Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required

  • Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims

  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements

  • Provide general administrative support to the Aftersales team
