Online Reservations:
A 24-hour notice period is required for all online reservations. If a shorter notice is needed, please contact central reservations on 01992 667681.

Additional Driver Charges:
Additional driver charges apply from £25.00 per driver per rental, up to a maximum of 28 days. Further charges will apply thereafter.

Age Restrictions and Exceptions:
The minimum age for all drivers is 25 years. Some Prestige vehicles require the hirer to be 30 years old, as confirmed by our Rental Representative.

Rental Period:
A weekend rental spans from 2 pm Friday to 10 am Monday. Drop-off time is assumed to be the same as pick-up time unless specified otherwise during the reservation.

Usage Restrictions:
Hire vehicles cannot be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward for Mini Cab or Taxi Purposes.

Rates/Excess and Excess Reduction:
All rates include VAT, Insurance (collision damage waiver), and unlimited mileage for rentals of 3 days or more. Additional fees may apply for very high mileage rentals. For 1 or 2-day rentals, there is a 175 miles per day mileage allowance, with excess miles charged at £0.15 + VAT per mile.

In the event of any damage, customers are responsible for the insurance excess starting from £100.00. The purchase of Excess Reduction, subject to insurance qualification, will be advised upon reservation.

Booking Fee:
A booking fee of £15.00 applies to all rentals (£19.00 on larger vehicles).

Accepted Methods of Payment:
Payment can be made by debit or credit card: Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Electron cards are not accepted. A pre-authorised deposit may be required based on the Insurance Excess.

Customer Identification:
A valid current driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is required. Some endorsements may be accepted according to our Insurance guidelines, which will be advised upon reservation. Original licences must be presented at the time of rental. For UK Driving Licences, the paper part is no longer valid since June 2015. Driving licences are checked using the government ‘view driving license’ service at www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

Two additional forms of identification, such as a valid passport or two utility bills in the hirer’s name dated within the last three months, are required at the time of rental. Non-UK residents may be asked for alternative identification.

We welcome hirers from across the globe including those with International / non UK licences as well as UK hirers who have multiple endorsements or negative claims experience (subject to qualification). Please note, additional fees may apply.

International Hirers who are unable to call the landline are encouraged to call or message us via WhatsApp, either using +44 1992 667681 or +44 7771517598. If you contact us outside our opening hours we will respond at the earliest opportunity.

Vehicle Cleaning:
There is no cleaning charge for any of our vehicles.

Fuel:
Vehicles are provided with a ¼ tank or above and must be returned in the same condition; otherwise, a local refuelling charge will apply.

Traffic Fines:
All traffic fines received for you will incur an administration fee of £25.00 per ticket.
