Customer Advisor – Storage

Hours of work:  Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturdays on (rota basis)

Salary: £27,040/annum

Location: Twickenham

The Role & Responsibilities:

This role involves some lone working and weekend work, on a rota basis. (flexibility required to cover holidays/sickness)

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively
• Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services, both over the phone and face-
  to-face
• Give tours of our facility to potential customers
• Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold calling prospects
• Prepare customer contracts
• Reconcile accounts
• Keep customer databases up to date
• General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A sales enthusiast with great numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers
• Someone flexible and adaptable to changing situations
• Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!
