Customer Advisor – Storage
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturdays on (rota basis)
Salary: £27,040/annum
Location: Twickenham
The Role & Responsibilities:
This role involves some lone working and weekend work, on a rota basis. (flexibility required to cover holidays/sickness)

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively
- Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services, both over the phone and face-
to-face - Give tours of our facility to potential customers
- Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold calling prospects
- Prepare customer contracts
- Reconcile accounts
- Keep customer databases up to date
- General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A sales enthusiast with great numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers
- Someone flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!
